March invites us to think in shades of green not simply as a color but as a character in the glass. This tasting explores green through four distinct lenses vibrant aromatics youthful freshness and wines rooted in sustainable and biodynamic farming.
We begin with a lively selection from Vinho Verde in Portugal a region whose name translates to green wine celebrated for its lift brightness and effortless drinkability. From there we move to an expressive Sauvignon Blanc where notes of lime zest gooseberry and fresh herbs capture what green truly tastes like.
The second half of the tasting shifts from flavor to philosophy. Two thoughtfully farmed selections including a sustainably produced white and a vibrant red highlight wines shaped by organic and biodynamic practices. These bottles reflect not only a sense of place but a commitment to stewardship balance and intention.
