What is your local delivery policy?Local Delivery Policy
The Southern Cellar currently offers local delivery within approximately 35 miles of Valdosta, Georgia.
An adult 21 years or older must be present to receive any alcohol delivery and provide a valid government-issued ID. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if:
Proper identification cannot be provided
The recipient appears intoxicated
Delivery conditions violate state or local alcohol laws
If a delivery attempt cannot be completed, additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.
What is your return policy on retail wine sales?All wine sales are final.
Due to alcohol regulations and the nature of wine storage and handling, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wine once it has been delivered or picked up except in the following circumstances:
Incorrect item received
Bottle arrived damaged or leaking
Wine is determined to be flawed or corked
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup at info@thesoutherncellar.com with:

A brief description of the issue
Approved claims may be eligible for:

Refund at our discretion
We may request that flawed bottles be returned with the remaining contents for evaluation.
